Hi! I’m looking for a subletter who will take good care of my comfy, convenient Flatbush apartment while I’m away.
Fully furnished, good lighting, 2 blocks from the train, with plenty of space to relax or work from home.
It takes about half an hour to get to Times Square. Citi bikes, cafes, Caribbean food, - close to Prospect Park to the North and Brighton Beach to the South. Street parking is fairly easy if you have a car.
I’m a writer and it’s well set up with both a sitting and standing desk.
Good for an individual or a couple.

Two fire escapes, bidet toilet, installed water filter system.
It’s possible to sublet for a shorter period as well. There may also end up being the possibility to extend the sublet.
