I'm currently a tenant of this apartment in an 18-month lease that ends in April. I've absolutely loved living here and would still be in this apartment, but I am moving in with my partner and we've signed a new lease that starts 11/1. The landlord has asked to find a new tenant in order for me to break my lease and wants to sign a new tenant for a 12 month lease (~Nov 1, 2024- Nov 1, 2025).
