Great location. 7 min to Manhattan midtown. Right next To the subway and a park near by.
Room has a good light, clothing rack and a drawer. But not much additional storage space.
Shared kitchen /bathroom,
No additional common space.
4 floor walk up building. Laundrary is in the building as well as a bike rack.
I have a shy kitty cat but he is mostly staying in my room.
I keep the place clean and keep good vibes.

I am a designer and a stylist. I live in Long Island city more than 10 years and love the neighborhood. I love hosting people.
I am into yoga and meditate, and work out ( the park near by is perfect for it)
I am quite while at home and usually minding my own business, creating or reading.
I am not cooking much as we have a lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood.
I prefer to sublet the room to someone who is quiet, and respectful of the place, keep it clean after themself, no party at home.
Perfect for tourist or work visitors.
