Monthly rent is $1,865 plus utilities for the room with the walk-in closet and $1,800 plus utilities for the room with the regular closet. One months' rent security deposit is also required before moving in.

The apartment is stunning, you will have access to the fully furnished common areas (living room, kitchen and patio). Brand new kitchen appliances, including fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher, as well as a washer/dryer in the unit. There's also a large patio with a hammock, and lounge area!
