I’m subletting the „Yellow Room“ in my 2BR apartment in the East Village from May 15 to June 30, 2025.

The apartment is located in a quiet street near Tompkins Square Park. 
It’s the top floor of an old brick building with lots of sunlight, windows in every room, bathroom has skylight and bath tub, hard wood floors. 


The apartment is fully furnished and has washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. 
The bedroom has queen size bed, small table, chair, shelf, a huge wall cabinet and air conditioning. 


A great variety of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafés are just around the corner. 
This area has the amazing NY vibe, concerts and markets on weekends, people sit in cafés and bars and community gardens.

All trains are nearby and easy to walk: 

L at 1st Avenue is about 10 minutes walk. 

4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, W at Union Square less than 20 minutes. 

F at 2nd Avenue about 15 minutes...

I love to read and cook vegetarian meals and work most of the time in my studio in Brooklyn.



I’d be happy to live with someone, who is clean, quiet and respectful. The apartment is a small and intimate place, living room and open kitchen has room for both of us and I'm happy to hang out some time.
