We are moving out of our sublet in Park Slope and are looking for a new place. Lease, sublet, or lease takeover are all acceptable, as long as we can stay for at least 9-12 months.

We are looking for a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartment, though a larger studio could work depending on the amenities and location. Our budget is $1800-$2400. Ideally, we'd like to be in Harlem, Bushwick, Park Slope, or the Upper East Side, and we’re open to other areas depending on proximity to a subway stop. 700+ credit score and we can provide references from previous landlords.

About This Lister

Anamarija is a psychologist currently back in grad school, studying drama therapy at NYU, and working as a research assistant there. She does playback theatre on weekends and works during the week, often commuting to the Bronx and Midtown for her internships.

Ivor is a drummer, guitarist, and sound engineer who moved to NYC to pursue music and no longer be in a long-distance relationship!

We met at a hiking club in Croatia, where we are originally from. Anamarija moved to NYC almost two years ago, and Ivor followed this spring. We are both respectful and easygoing, and as homeowners ourselves back home, we understand the importance of finding reliable tenants.
