We’re Brad and Adam, a couple currently living in Los Feliz, and we’re looking for a 2- or 3-bedroom house to rent long-term, ideally beginning anytime between February 1 and March 1. We’re hoping to sign a long-term a lease.

We aren't picky about neighborhood, but we love the valley, Eagle Rock/Mt Washington/Highland Park, Glendale, Burbank, etc.

We’re super clean and respectful tenants who love creating a cozy, beautiful space to call home. Adam is also a big fan of gardening and yard work, so he’d be happy to take care of any outdoor maintenance.

We both work in the film industry (on the music side) and have a piano that we’re excited to find a beautiful space for.

We’ve been in our current apartment in Los Feliz for 3.5 years, but we’ve outgrown it and are looking for a bit more space. Ideally, we’re hoping to keep the rent under $4500.
