Hello! My husband and I are seeking a 12-month unfurnished Beacon home or apartment to rent starting early May. We're looking for a place in a walkable neighborhood and would be open to options in Cold Spring as well. We're looking to eventually buy a home in the area.

We both work remotely and will be traveling to NYC regularly. We previously lived in the city but have spent the past three years living in Vermont and traveling the country. We're clean, respectful, and non-smokers. Our dog, Marvel, is a 4-year-old 25-lb Corgi. She's non-destructive (doesn't chew, dig, or scratch) but, as a herder, she can have a loud bark.
