We’re looking for a sunny and quiet place to call home for a sublet or longer term rental. Ideally, we’d love access to an outdoor space and 2 bedrooms, but it’s New York, so we’re being realistic. We’re both passionate about art and design, so we look forward to finding and creating a beautiful home in the city.

Our budget is $6k/month. Dates flexible!

I (Ali) will be commuting to NJ for my last year of doctoral training, so easy access to Penn Station is essential.

About This Lister

We’re moving back to New York after 3 years in LA. Nick is a born and raised New Yorker and Ali is from the burbs. Though we don’t necessarily work in creative fields (Ali’s training to be a psychologist and Nick is in health tech) we tend to spend our free time making things (painting, drawing, cooking) and exploring (hiking, traveling, spending time upstate).

We would take exquisite care of a sublet or rental—we’re just excited to find a unique and homey place to live during this next chapter.
