I love my sweet little apartment here in Bedstuy, but am now searching for a new tenant to takeover the lease as I am moving in with my partner. Landlord is aware of the lease takeover.

I will do showings as well as the management company.

I am willing to part with some of my furniture like my couch, some dressers, desk, etc. Ask if interested during showing!

I will leave the patio furniture for whoever does eventually take over.
