Subletting my Crown Heights 1 bedroom apartment from Dec 1 (2024) – Jan 31 (2025). Dates are flexible, and I'm open to extending into February.
The unit is very near to the Franklin Av-Medgar Evers College train station (2, 3, 4, 5 trains), among others. It's also close to local restaurants (Bagel Pub, Barboncino, Ras), bars, grocery stores, and more.
The bedroom has a full size bed, nightstand, closet, dresser, air purifier. The living room is perfect for TV lovers (my Roku is 55"!) and WFH-ers / anyone who works on a computer — my desk can be used sitting or standing, it has a monitor, and there's a walking pad I store under the couch that you can use while you work if you'd like.
The kitchen is stocked with all the usual spices, and appliances. I cook a lot so I have most kitchen materials you could need.
The unit has central heating/air conditioning. Laundry is in the basement, the machines take Apple Pay/credit cards.
Rent includes wifi, but not gas and electric. Singles only, no pets!
Please feel free to send me a message saying who you are, what you do, and why you're looking for a sublet! I have lived in 3 apartments prior to this one and I've enjoyed this one the most by far — no bugs, good amount of space, easy to get to Manhattan, located in an area with lots to do.

I'm a young professional working in marketing who loves the Crown Heights area and watching movies (that's why my TV is so big)! I'm subletting to take time to travel and visit family.
