Urgently looking for a subletter to stay in my furnished cozy Crown Heights 1 BR! Great area with restaurants, cafes, and bars walking distance, chill, modern building with laundry.

Please note: the subletter *must* be able to stay December 1 (earliest move-in) through January 31. If you’d like to extend into February, that’s a possibility too! But please, only reach out if you can *definitely* commit to December and January at a minimum.

The unit is very near to the Franklin Av-Medgar Evers College train station (2, 3, 4, 5 trains), among others. It's also close to local restaurants (Bagel Pub, Barboncino, Ras), bars, grocery stores, and more.

The bedroom has a full size bed, nightstand, closet, dresser, air purifier. The living room is perfect for TV lovers (my Roku is 55"!) and WFH-ers / anyone who works on a computer — my desk can be used sitting or standing, it has a monitor, and there's a walking pad I store under the couch that you can use while you work if you'd like.

The kitchen is stocked with all the usual spices, and appliances. I cook a lot so I have most kitchen materials you could need.

The unit has central heating/air conditioning. Laundry is in the basement, you can pay for laundry on your phone.

Rent does not include utilities. *Singles only, no pets.*

I have lived in 3 Brooklyn apartments prior to this one and I've enjoyed this one the most by far — good amount of space, easy to get to Manhattan, located in an area with a lot of wonderful small businesses.
