Looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and clean subletter to take over my space in the heart of South Williamsburg for 5 weeks starting Monday, January 13th and ending Sunday, February 16, 2025.

My apartment is within walking distance of all the fun things North Brooklyn (Williamsburg/Greenpoint) has to offer, a train stop (J/M/L) away from the Lower East Side/East Village in Manhattan, or a bike ride away from all the adjacent neighborhoods you'll want to spend time in (Bushwick/Ridgewood/Bedstuy/Crown Heights).

You'll be renting a fully furnished 1BR apartment with a queen sized bed in a prewar building located on one of the last authentic blocks in Williamsburg - which means I live in a walk up (no elevator) and that I love my neighbors and they love me, so it's important I get the right person (or couple) in here :)

Apartment comes with fast internet, an Apple TV, a handful of sound gadgets, and you can feel free to help yourself to the left over food in my fridge/pantry while I'm gone.

Lastly, and perhaps the most important house rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES & NO SHOES ON THE RUGS!!!!!!
