Located in a quiet building on a residential street with a cute coffee shop on the corner and just 1 block from the subway/all the Williamsburg action! Williamsburg Brooklyn is known as a very hip and walkable neighborhood with a mix of eclectic restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, music venues, shopping etc. Close to McCarren Park and track and Domino Waterfront Parks.

Your Stay: Fully furnished 1x Room available with a full sized bed and black out shades in a large apartment with an open concept living room. Comfy bedding, modern appliances, dishwasher and gas stove, exposed brick walls and flooded with sunlight all day in every room. Full 2nd floor apartment in a 3 floor building, 1 flight of stairs from the ground level. There is a separate TV room with a smart TV. In the living room there is a record player/bluetooth speaker and a WFH desk space in an alcove surrounded by art and plants.

This is a quiet friendly building with only 3 units. There is a family with a young child that lives above and an apartment below that has it's own separate entrance.

Travel: 1 Block from the Bedford L Train which is only 1 stop into Manhattan and direct subway ride to East Village, Union Square West Village and Chelsea all in under 15mins.
5min walk to the G Train and 15min walk to the JMZ.
Free street parking available (I never have issues finding a spot within 1-2 blocks from the apartment).

Flexible Dates open for Jan/Feb 2025.

Ideally looking for single travelers and a long term stay, but nightly rates + small cleaning fee available and will be based on days of the week and length of stay. This is a 2 bedroom apartment, my room will be locked with my belongings during your stay. There is also an option to rent as a shared apartment during days I may be in town. Open to suggestions based on your needs!

I'd ask for help watering the plants which only needs to happen 1x every week - 10days. They're pretty resilient and hard to kill!
