My 90sqm Altbau flat is perfect for one person or a couple. Situated in the heart of Neukölln, it’s located right on the canal, directly across from Weichselplatz Park.

Layout and Amenities
The flat features a super spacious bedroom with a dedicated home office setup (my 4K monitor will stay and can be easily connected to your laptop via USB-C), a cozy living room with a hifi set up and dining table for entertaining. The kitchen is narrow but practical, equipped with a small breakfast table, dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove, juicer, seltzer machine, and blender. The bathroom includes both a bathtub and shower - water always runs hot. Storage is plentiful throughout the flat.

The high ceilings and large living room windows let in natural light, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.

I have a lovely cleaner who comes fortnightly. If you'd like, we can arrange for this to continue to come during your stay.

Accessibility
The flat is on the first floor, accessible by stairs (no elevator). The building’s Altbau style includes wide, manageable staircases. There’s a shared courtyard available for bike storage, and e-bikes and scooters are almost always outside the apartment building which can be super convenient.

Weichselplatz Park is directly across the canal—perfect for morning walks or relaxing on weekends. Within a 3-minute walk, you’ll find great bars and cafes, while Maybachufer’s vegetable markets and the weekend flea market are just 10 minutes away.

Public transport options are nearby, with bus stops a 5-minute walk away and U7 and U8 stations within 15 minutes on foot.
