I am out of my room for two months on a remote-job.

Small but functional room in Greenpoint apartment -- 7-minute walk to McGolrick Park, 12-minute walk to McCarren Park...equally quick walks to the G and L trains for getting into Manhattan, Queens, and Lower Brooklyn quickly. I can't say enough about the convenience of this apartment's location.

Room and shared spaces have great sunlight (shared space features a big skylight)

The apartment has 4 residents total, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a small living area -- with a view to the backyard. We are backyard-facing on an already quiet street, and on the top (only 2nd) floor -- so it is very quiet and great for sleep!

2 doors down is Cafe Grumpy, a Greenpoint staple cafe -- a great place to get a drink in the morning and get some work done. 2 doors down in the other direction is new Cajun-Japanese fusion restaurant, Kinoko, which is highly recommendable.

You would be living with two very friendly, relaxed men (28, architect, 33, analyst), and woman (28, producer). Sometimes one of the roommates will be living at a partner's place so you might not see one of them very much.

We are looking for someone who is clean and hygienic, respectful, communicative, and generally quiet past 10/11pm.
