I am looking for someone to take my fully furnished bedroom in a 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Garden from January 5 to March 15 (with slightly flexible dates).

The apartment is fully furnished with sun-filled common areas, well-equipped kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The neighborhood has some great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and independent shops. Commuting is convenient, with the 2/5 train just a 2-minute walk away and the B/Q lines reachable in under 15 minutes.

Utilities (gas, electricity, internet) are included in the rent.
