2nd floor 3 bed 1 bathroom apartment in charming 1930s split level house. Kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom all shared with another woman in her mid 30s. The bedroom and office space are connected rooms and each have a closet for storage. Bathroom has a shower and a working tub. Lots of space, beautiful sunlight and big windows. Garage/basement space for bike storage. All the kitchen supplies you'd need if you enjoy cooking. Side yard with raised garden bed for those interested in growing things, and great patio space for the warmer days.

Location! Beautiful quiet neighborhood of Mt Hope on the East Side. 5 minute walk from great restaurants, shops, fish market, public library; 10 minute walk from Lippitt park and **the best Saturday morning farmers market**; about a mile from Brown University. Very easy to get downtown on bike or bus. Neighborhood is full of beautiful old homes with beautiful gardens and greenery.

Washer/dryer in basement - no charge. 1 parking space in driveway. Landlords live downstairs and are kind and extremely responsive to any issues. Utilities and internet, and food compost service included.

Please note: there is no elevator and access to apartment requires walking up a flights of stairs. There is also no television!

and facilitator from New England who has been working remotely for the federal government for the past 4 years. I've moved around quite a bit - Bay Area, Colorado, Philadelphia - but my dog and I have lived in Providence 2.5 years and adore it.
