Hiya!

I’m looking for a roommate for an unfurnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Crown Heights off the 2&5 trains. There’s laundry in the building! The apartment gets good sun and is filled with plants and books. There are 4 steps to enter the building and two to get inside the apartment. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so no shared walls.

Cleanliness and tidiness in the common areas are paramount, the bathroom and especially the kitchen (doing dishes as soon as possible after meals for example). The room is 9’3” x 11’2” with a double-door closet and two south-facing windows.

Current roommate is willing to leave bed.

I am a 27 y/o Black woman who works at a museum! I enjoy reading, having friends over for movie nights, sharing meals, and taking care of my plants. I am a homebody and treat the apartment as my sanctuary!

My typical week looks like going into the office three days a week and working from home the others. On the weekends I enjoy relaxing and recharging at home, going to museums, biking, and going to the park with friends.

I would like to live with someone who might want to be friends. We could watch a show together or bake cookies!
