our roommate has sadly moved out and we're looking for someone to replace her on the lease starting Dec 1 (with possibility to renew when the lease is up in august!)

the bedroom is small (8x12) but with a really good sized closet. the rest of the apartment is very pleasant and sunny! we're on the 4th floor (walk-up), have a laundry in unit and we're very close to many grocery stores (the coop is only 7 min away), the park (~15 min), and public transportation options (R, G, F + barclays a 20 min walk).

i have been living here for 6 years and have no desire to leave! megs moved in ~3 years ago (we found each other through listings project!) and we've become good friends. we'd love to live with someone we can have nice conversations with but who also respects alone time.
