Month of March available for entire classic 3 room fully furnished railroad apartment in the heart of bustling Lower East Side neighborhood chock full of all kinds of restaurants, galleries, boutiques and still the occasional Buddhist temple or synagogue. Blocks from multiple subway and bus routes, really it's a great location. Top floor in the back of building, it's relatively quiet but it's also a 5 floor walk up. The space gets great light during the day and there's robust Wifi (I work remote) & all utilities, cleaning fees are included. It's a little funky/old school with my tub in the kitchen next to an oversized farmer's sink but everything works. There are basically four rooms. The main bedroom with Cal King bed, middle room that is half kitchen then half tub area (see pictures), then a smaller room I use for an office space and a water closet/bathroom which houses just the toilet. Trader Joe's and Target are literally around the corner but also Essex Market and myriad food/grocery options. Laundromat is half a block away. Ideally looking for someone who will respect and take as good care of the place as I do, retrieve mail & not kill my plants. ;)
