excellent for WFH or any professional who needs a comfortable furnished apartment in a great location.

available flexibly starting end of february. $5000/mo. Min 2 weeks max 2-3 months. I have rented the space on LP before and can send references. all utilities & internet included

space details:

bedroom: 2 big sunny windows, queen size bed

livingroom: excellent tv & stereo, big sunny windows, ugly couch

kitchen: decked out gourmet kitchen, w dishwasher, great tools and appliances.

studio: big flexible space with standing desk on wheels that can be rolled out for working and tucked away into nook to open space for exercise, art, etc. (nice adjustable dumbbells)

amenities: customizable smart lighting in most of the apt. lots of plants (I can have someone come in to take care of them or you can water according to schedule, but I would like a plant-concious person lol)

cons: no laundry inside apt, excellent laundromat 1 block away w/ pickup and delivery. street side east village apartment has street and playground noise. sun can be so bright in winter you will need a sleep mask to sleep in. the building itself is not nice, 100+ year old ev tenement, ratty stairs no doorman. once you get in apt very private and seperate tho.
