Hello! We are looking for a roommate to sign a lease with us starting 12/1.

About you: We are prioritizing trans people, late 20s to mid 30s. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible and a direct communicator. Currently we have a roommate check in once a month, a chore chart and a 24 hour dish rule and these have worked well for us. We like to hang out, watch shows together (specifically traitors) We also prefer someone who masks on public transit and takes Covid seriously. We like to have friends over occasionally but don’t want to bring the party home. No couples please and we prefer someone who does not WFH full time. No pets unfortunately.

About the apartment:
First floor apartment on a quiet block right off of Nostrand ave. 5 1/2 stairs leading up to the building door. Nostrand A/C stop is 5 short blocks away 2,3,4,5 15 min walk away and prospect park about a 25 min walk. Also near B44, B65, B25 and B26.

Laundry in building and laundromat a block away, roof access. Lively neighborhood full of bars and restaurants. A 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment—room we’re looking to fill has two windows, a closet, room for a full bed and desk. Common space is not large but is functional and cozy.
