Seeking a clean, respectful, and responsible person to sublease a furnished bedroom in a 2br/1ba apartment in Midtown/Garment District for 3 months from 03/2025 - 05/2025.

You will be sharing the apartment with a male roommate in his mid 20s. He is a software developer for a startup and occasionally goes to the office on the weekdays.

The bedroom has a queen bed, drawers, desk, nightstand, and a full closet. Bathroom, living room, and kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. The laundry room is on the same floor and close to our unit.

The building has two elevators, a 24/7 doorman, mail lobby, and a fully equipped gym on the first floor - full access.

The apartment is 5-10 minutes from K-Town, Penn Station, Bryant Park and Time Square. Great subway lines, a Whole Foods, Target, and good restaurants nearby.

I will be covering the utility bill, and flexible on move in/out days by a few days or so, just let me know! Happy to do video or in person tour.
