Apartment is a spacious 1600 sq foot duplex, newly renovated, with all new appliances, including a washer/dryer and central AC. High ceilings, large windows, tons of natural light, hardwood floors and beautiful historic features.

You would have two roommates - one in the other bedroom on the top floor; and one on the first floor.

Kitchen, dining and living area, and another bathroom are on the first floor.

Note: there is minimal furnishings in the common areas - all furniture in photos will be gone. So you are welcome to make the space your own.

About the location: Quiet, brownstone block in historic Bed-Stuy. A close walk to bars, restaurants and coffee shops on Malcolm X Blvd, and around the corner from the lovely neighborhood park, Saratoga Park. Great access to neighboring Bushwick and Ridgewood. The nearest trains are the J train at Halsey St, and the C train at Ralph Ave.

Mid-30s (she/her), native New Yorker, POC. I work a 9-5 nonprofit job, in office M-Thurs and wfh Friday. I am sociable, easy-going, POC and queer forward, environmentally-conscious. In my free time I like to work on my own projects (painting and sewing), go out, see art/music/film, and occasionally have friends over for dinner.
