I'm an art director for film and tv and will be working out of town for several months. I have a comfy one bedroom I'd like to sublet in peaceful Mount Washington, off Figueroa. All utilities are included in the sublet price. It's a duplex with another person on the other side, so sharing one wall. Washer + dryer are in the basement, and you can use my parking spot in back since I'll have my car. Central air, which is great in the hot months. There's a peloton too, but I would just ask that you BYO clip in shoes if you want to use it.

I love this neighborhood. It's a bit lower down on the hill, close to Fig and easily accessible to the 5 or the 110. Sort of in between Silverlake + Highland Park. It's pretty quiet, although there can be fireworks in the summer, especially on the 4th of July of course. Walks up the hill at sunset are one of my favorite pastimes :)

I'd like someone that's quiet and respectful of the space and the neighbors. Hopefully someone that doesn't mind watering the plants once a week and collecting the mail.
