I am a filmmaker in my mid 40s and have called Brooklyn home for the past 20 years. When I'm not working, I enjoy all aspects of parklife so I love living here so close to McGolrick & McCarren Park! I will be traveling abroad during your stay, but I will have close friends next door & nearby should an issue arise. And of course, I will personally meet with you to give you a lay of the land and leave a list of local recommendations!

Tenant (Lease Holder)
Rental requirements
Background check, photo ID, credit score and signed occupancy agreement. I am the tenant, so this will be a temporary occupancy agreement, and the agreement will reflect those terms. Must provide both first month's rent + a security deposit (that will be reimbursed beginning of June, provided that there's nothing it needs to cover). Second month paid by May 1st. Rent includes all utilities including wifi. No pets, and keep in mind this apartment is not 'child-proof'.
