It's in a beautiful, prime-location neighborhood on a tree-lined street with fantastic shops and restaurants nearby. Just one stop into Brooklyn from Manhattan--super convenient with subway lines 2/3/4/5/A/C/F/G/R within a 10 minute walk. 5 minute subway ride to Manhattan and you can get almost anywhere in the city with ease. Trader Joe's is less than 2 blocks away.

The apartment is a walk up in a historic brownstone and I can leave it furnished with the essentials. It faces northeast and gets a lot of sun throughout the day. A/C unit for the warmer spring months and high speed wifi (included). Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Brooklyn Heights Promenade are just a short stroll from the apartment.

I love this apartment and have lived here for 2 years!
