Hello! I’m Jorgie Ingram, a creative personal & executive assistant with 5+ years of experience.
I presently have ~5 hours of work available per week, and am open to taking on short term projects, or supporting someone more long-term. This likely looks like:
- supporting light calendaring - including appointment booking and schedule management
- personal or professional research
- virtual or physical organization
- light personal or professional project management
- support in the home - running errands, stocking household items, personal shopping, gifting, floral arrangement, organization, etc
- light email management

I’m a dancer and multimedia artist who grew up in NH and has found a home in NYC. I have a passion for listening as deeply as I can, and researching how we can find more presence through our senses in dance and in movement, extending and documenting this practice through sound, writing, photography, and through choreographing space and experience.
These interests bring a presence and care to all of the work that I do; in the right administrative role, task management, organization, and problem solving can feel choreographic. This allows me to view logistical and organization work from a nuanced, creative perspective.
When I’m not working, I’m exploring a new neighborhood or trail, trying a new restaurant, calling family, spending time with friends, watching a good film, cooking, or sitting in a park.
I have 5+ years in work as an administrator, and personal/executive assistant. My first work inside of a role like this was as an administrative intern for a dance festival I had attended and performed at for multiple years prior, honing my natural skills for organization and administration. From there, I started freelancing and worked on many contract-based roles with a diverse range of individuals and businesses - from startups, to tech firms, doula collectives, and media agencies. I’ve also worked as a house manager for a private family, a personal assistant to a founder in finance (where I then spearheaded helping him hire someone full-time), an administrative assistant to a therapist who ran a podcast, and have helped a nonprofit with fundraising research.
My experience in these roles is vast, and I enjoy getting the new experiences that come from different, varying roles and responsibilities.
