we're subletting our fully furnished crown heights 1 bedroom!

we have a super tidy shoe-free home. it has a dishwasher, washing machine (clothes airdry), full tub, private balcony and communal roof access. it's the top floor of a 4 story walkup. very quiet, you can barely hear the neighbors. comes with lots of books, cookbooks, and cozy blankets from grandmas and aunts. also has lots of fun activities including a tv, projector, keyboard, and ukulele.

it's a 10 minute walk from the A/C trains and a 12 minute walk to the 3/4. the b65 and b15 buses stop right in front of the apartment. it's right next to a cute little park with a track.

the apartment has big south facing windows that have been amazing to help get us through depressive winter days. we're off to visit family so someone else should enjoy the space and ny while we're gone!
