My sweet 1br apartment will be available for 5 nights in mid-April (I ask that you book it for a minimum of 3 nights). Situated on the second floor (no elevator) of a quiet building in a vibrant neighborhood with ample transportation, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants, with easy access all over Paris.
The apartment has hardwood floors, a small kitchen with all the necessary amenities (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction stovetop, and countertop toaster oven), a smart TV, and a spacious sitting area with a large sofa for hosting guests (the couch doesn't fold out but is long and comfortable for one person to sleep on if needed).
The bedroom has a queen bed and copious storage. Both the living and bedrooms have French windows letting in lots of light. Blackout curtains keep the light out when you don't want it!
The bathroom has a large shower with overhead and handheld showerheads (the handheld one in particular has amazing water pressure), and tons of storage.
A single, housebroken dog is welcome for an additional fee, I'm afraid I can't allow other pets due to allergies.
The location is amazing, one block from the Réunion entrance of Père Lachaise (my favorite place in Paris) and 2 blocks from the marché de la Réunion, an outdoor market every Thursday and Sunday (there's another outdoor market on Wednesdays and Saturdays by the metro station!). Great little restaurants, natural wine bars, cafés, bakeries, and épiceries within blocks, and easy transport all over town by metro, bus, or bike.
I'm Allison (she/her/hers), an entrepreneur and hospitality consultant originally from New York now living in Paris. I've been renting this apartment for 3 years, and it's my sanctuary within the bustle of the city. I'll be the contact person during your stay, and am very responsive with a network of support within the city should you need any help or guidance while you're here.
