Enjoy a delightful stay in my Montmartre apartment, available for sublet during July and August. While I'd ideally prefer someone who needs it for the entire two months, I'm open to a minimum stay of two weeks..
Property Highlights:
• Ideal for 1-2 people. Pets are negotiable.
• Entire second floor of a small, six-unit building.
• Spacious 50m² layout, filled with natural light.
• Open and well-equipped kitchen.
• Dedicated dining area with a large table.
• Clean and minimalist aesthetic.
• Recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Technically a two-bedroom,but I've set up one room as a sitting/TV area
• The bedroom features a good-sized wardrobe and an ultra-comfortable 160x200 high-end memory foam bed (similar to Lyssa in terms of quality and cooling technology). Includes quality sheets and pillows.
• Amenities include: Nespresso machine, air fryer, large flat-screen television (VPN required for mirroring content from USA), washing machine, and Dyson air purifier and vacuum. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris.
• Located on a quiet, one-way cobblestone street.
• Well connected and conveniently located near the Chateau Rouge (Line 4), Jules Joffrin (Line 12), and Lamarck-Caulaincourt (Line 12) metro stations.
Neighborhood Charm:
Experience the authentic charm of Montmartre! This neighborhood offers a preserved village atmosphere in the heart of Paris, characterized by its cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and unique small shops. Discover vibrant street art, wonderful local produce stores, and fantastic, less-touristed restaurants and hidden gems. While becoming increasingly more gentrified (yet convenient), it retains its local feel and is a lively area on the quieter side of Sacré-Cœur, with a friendly community.
Included in the Rent:
• All utilities
• Super high-speed internet
• Renters insurance
• Check-in and check-out cleaning services
Note:
I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, and as it's a small, quiet building, being mindful of noise levels (especially in the evenings and mornings) and avoiding slamming doors would be really appreciated so we can all enjoy a peaceful environment.
I am a private chef that splits my time between New York and Paris. I’m hoping to rent to someone who will take good care while I’m gone. I have found amazing people here in the past and prefer the small network of word-of-mouth on this platform. Happy to answer any questions and do a video walk-through
Tenant
I require a subletter agreement, a copy of your passport for identification, and a security deposit (primarily to cover lost keys).
It would also be great if you could provide references.
I would consider a small, hypoallergenic/non-shedding dog
