Enjoy a delightful stay in my Montmartre apartment, available for sublet during July and August. While I'd ideally prefer someone who needs it for the entire two months, I'm open to a minimum stay of two weeks..

• Located on a quiet, one-way cobblestone street.
• Well connected and conveniently located near the Chateau Rouge (Line 4), Jules Joffrin (Line 12), and Lamarck-Caulaincourt (Line 12) metro stations.

Neighborhood Charm:

Experience the authentic charm of Montmartre! This neighborhood offers a preserved village atmosphere in the heart of Paris, characterized by its cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and unique small shops. Discover vibrant street art, wonderful local produce stores, and fantastic, less-touristed restaurants and hidden gems. While becoming increasingly more gentrified (yet convenient), it retains its local feel and is a lively area on the quieter side of Sacré-Cœur, with a friendly community.

Note:
I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, and as it's a small, quiet building, being mindful of noise levels (especially in the evenings and mornings) and avoiding slamming doors would be really appreciated so we can all enjoy a peaceful environment.
