This is a secluded fully detached house surrounded by flowers, lemon and palm trees on our gated property in Echo Park/Elysian Heights. Located off the beaten path the house is calm and peaceful with thoughtful design and furnishings.

Close proximity to everything LA has to offer, including Elysian Park, DTLA, Silverlake, Whole Foods, Dodgers Stadium, Frogtown and more. Everything you need to relax, perfect for a couple or solo traveler!

The house has a fully stocked kitchen, including full size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The kitchen is open to the dining and living spaces with a wall mounted TV and wireless internet. The first bedroom has a queen bed and good sized closet. The second bedroom is currently furnished as an office with a large desk and sofa that pulls out into an additional bed. The bathroom has a full tub and shower. All linens provided. Private laundry (washer/dryer) are on the premises. Utilities (water, electricity, gas) are included.

Safety: Fire extinguisher, Smoke and CO detectors installed, security cameras and flood lights mounted outside and gated entry

We live in the front house on the property so looking for people who will care for and respect our place.

About This Lister

We, my partner Brett (he/him) and myself (she/her) own the property and live in the front house. We both work from home sometimes, but also go into work nearby and travel a lot. We love this neighborhood including its access to everything LA has to offer but also the secluded beautiful natural spaces surrounding the house.
