A designers loft in the heart of Dumbo. We’ve taken great care to design the apartment with special antiques and vintage items. It is a classic New York City loft in a converted coffee factory. The apartment was an artist loft that was converted to residential apartments in the 90’s. There is an 1800’s freight elevator in the building, but the apartment is up just one flight of stairs. The light during the day, and especially in the morning is incredible. The apartment has everything one could need - from heat, to air conditioning, to wifi, a projector for movie nights, a desk for working right by the windows, to a fully equip kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit.
As a proper loft is situated, it is an open floor plan, and the main sleeping space in located in the same area as the living space. There is an additional queen sized bed in the loft - it is very cozy up there with low ceilings so best for children to sleep, or if you require total darkness at night and almost no sound, then this is the best sleeping place for you as well as the main queen sized bed gets a lot of morning light.
Entrepreneur living between Brooklyn and Paris. All furniture and decor in the apartment have been custom made or sourced antiques.
