We are renting desks in our design and architecture studio.
Our studio is a full open floor with 2,500 SF of usable space. Direct elevator access, 3 sides of windows, kitchen, conference room, 2 bathrooms, and 1 private phone room.
Rent listed is the individual desk price. We have up to 8 desks for rent, though more can be added if needed. Rent includes desk, chair, all utilities and cleaning.
We are the entire 7th floor of a building in Chinatown at East Broadway and Bowery. Across from Kimlau square with tons of natural light. Close to the 4,5,6 and B,D,F trains, Lower East Side, NoLita, and FiDi. Numerous lunch options and art galleries in the neighborhood.
We are currently 7 designers with plenty of light-filled creative space to share!
About This Lister
We are a small and informal design and architecture firm. You will be sharing our open creative studio. There are no private offices.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
We hold the lease as the primary tenant
Rental requirements
A site visit is required so we can meet and you can see the space. First month and one month security required.
