I am the owner of the apartment and most of the time it is our home. I do sometimes sublet it when I leave for the summer, as I am doing this year. I am a college professor by profession.

Rental requirements

Sub-letter would need to pay first month's rent plus a security deposit (equal to one month's rent). Also required would be two references, a govt issued picture ID, a credit check, and signing a sub-lease agreement. The tenant would also agree to abide by all maintenance policies for the apartment and building. The apartment is gorgeous and needs to be treated well. I will make appointments to show the apartment upon request.
