There are hardwood floors exposed brick crown moldings throughout. The spacious living room has a wood-burning fireplace open views, high ceilings, Knabe upright piano ( recenty tuned) tons of detail and sunlight. Theres also an air purifier and AC,

The large eat-in kitchen with a floor to ceiling window is a great place to hang out cook, work, watch TV. Sirius XM radio, French door fridge, convection oven, Nespresso coffee machine microwave blender etc. Unfortunately there's no dishwasher.

The sunny primary bedroom faces East so its very sunny and the view of the spire of the Museum of Natural History is just divine. The Primary bedroom has a queen sized bed (organic mattress and cover) a new air purifier, an AC, smart TV, a closet and two dressers all for your use.

The second bedroom is small cute n cozy, has a full size bed ,AC, and a little make up area with its own medicine cabinet.

Walk two blocks to the East and you're in Central Park, The Museum of Natural history, the Planetarium, Strawberry Fields, the Delacorte Theater the Met and so much more.

Walk two blocks to the West and you're in Riverside Park where you can take the bike path along the Hudson River, stop for coffee at the High Line or head all the way down to southern tip of Manhattan. This neighborhood has it all, great restaurants and great shopping ( Zabars, Fairways, Trader Joe's) Lincoln Center and the Opera house is a ten minute walk.

This is a fourth floor walk-up, but shallow steps and a wide-open stairwell make it an easy climb and well worth it!
