Our peaceful home sits on the crest of the hill. From the front yard you can see the Griffith Observatory in the distance and watch sunsets. In the back, you have a view of Elysian Park.

There are three rooms. Everything is furnished or can be further furnished. The kitchen has everything you'd need.

We have one main bedroom and then use one bedroom as an office (the couch folds out to a nice double bed) and one room as a nursery (and we have a futon we can put in the room in place of the crib). The main bedroom has a queen size bed. We have linen sheets and great wifi. We also have childcare furniture and things like a crib and high chair that we can leave out or put away for you.

There is a detached office with a desk.

There is incredible light everywhere. We have AC and washer/dryer.

We have our own driveway but parking on the street is easy too.

You can walk down to York Blvd in 5-10 minutes where you'll find tons of restaurants, bars and shops.
