Rental requirements
I’m traveling for work and will return in late August. Looking for subletter for entire period; shorter stays considered.
Rent is $4950 per month ($4850 for August). Includes all utilities and high speed internet. First month’s rent + deposit (equal to rent) due upon move-in.
