This apartment is a true gem because besides it's spaciousness and serenity, it is in the middle of the action. Amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and dancing are just 1 block in any direction but because this building is in the middle of the block, it is extremely quiet.

I just moved into this apartment and am still settling in. I am in the process of custom making some pieces of furniture so this will look a little different when you arrive. Much cozier I'd say!
