My brother and I are going to California for the holidays and would love to sublet our 2bed apartment in the East Village for that time. We're looking at Dec 15th-Jan8th (slightly flexible). We're also open to swaping for a place in Los Angeles for that time.

About our place:

Our place is in a really quiet area of the neighborhood and is a 7min walk to the 1st Ave station on the L train (2 stops from Union Square, 1 stop for Williamsburg). We have two great work from home setups.
