Very cozy East Village railroad apt in a great location right off St. Marks on First Avenue. Very artsy, and full of books, records etc, but there is room for your stuff too. Only one flight up, anything you could wish for (restaurants, bars, shopping) is just out the front door! The apartment is available from December 24-January 3.
