UNIQUE requirements: TIME SHARE
We are actually looking to share our apartment — not looking for a roommate to live at the same time with us but a time share: we offer up to 2 weeks/month to another person or couple. We did this with one person the past year and it worked great as we are not in NYC full time. We think the listings project community would be interested because so many people (especially creatives) live and work in more than one location. We would love to share not only our lovely apartment but also our reasonable rent. Your share would be $1600 for up to 2 weeks / month (can be scheduled a few days/week or as extended stays depending on schedule) in east village super nice flat and with your own closet.
We welcome mature individuals and especially creative professionals who have experience with home sharing. No parties and no smoking in the building.
Pets Policy
1 trained dog may be considered but is subject to approval, and only small non shedding breeds that will not be left for long periods of time alone in the flat.
