Apartment is on the fourth floor in a walkup. Price does not include utilities (~$30/month.)
Room will be unfurnished, but I would happily sell my bed (brand new twin with storage) or desk for negotiable price!
I'm Juliana, the current tenant along with my roommate. I'm moving out after deferring my graduate school, so you will be living with my roommate Marie.
Marie (she/they) is an undergraduate student at The New School. She's a full time student, so is often at school, doing work, or hanging out with her friends. She's incredibly chill and easy to get along with, with a broad set of interests in music and literature.
We're looking for a cool person to take my place, ideally similar in age and respectful of common areas.
