About This Lister
I am a model and will be out of town for January. There is a possibility the sublet may extend until May or June.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
I am the current tenant. I have lived here for three years.
Rental requirements
Security deposit of 1k is due once sublet agreement has been made. If canceled with over a week notice of arrival full security returned. If canceled within less than a week, 50 percent will be returned. Once agreement is completed and apartment has been checked security will be returned.
Photo identification required. Reference/emergency contact required.
