Rent - $1600/month, security deposit $1150.

Location: Grand L stop. Within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, bars. Great neighborhood and quiet street.

It’s a 4 bedroom apartment, 2 bathroom. You’d share the bathroom with one other roommate. Roommates are 3 females who work in different creative fields. Photos show room as furnished, but the room will be unfurnished (can provide dresser and desk upon request though!). Rest of the apartment furniture and appliances are already provided! Preference for a female and no pets.

The only reason I'm moving is to be a little closer to my day job in Manhattan and to try living alone for a year before potentially moving in with my partner. I'll miss living with my current roommates, they have become my closest friends in the city and anyone would be lucky to live with them!
