Enjoy the top two floors of this townhouse on a tree-lined street in Crown Heights, a very lively neighborhood in the heart of Brooklyn. The spacious apartment gets lots of light in all seasons, has a completely private rooftop deck, and a simple and clean style that is warm and inviting. Plenty of amenities, including two bathtubs, two showers, a barbeque, cookware, gas burners, and lots of space will make this a great place to be based during your stay in New York.

The apartment takes up the third and fourth floor of a townhouse building. The first floor is a large kitchen connected to a living room and dining area that is great for cooking, having dinners or watching movies. The bedroom is at the back (interior of the block) side of the house, so it is very quiet and receives plenty of morning sun. The futon can be folded into a couch, and the room can used be used as a private office or children's playroom. The first floor bathroom is next to it in the hallway. The top floor is a large primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom that has access to a walkout patio and rooftop. The light here is also great throughout the day. The bathroom has a large shower and bathtub, with a sun roof overhead that lets beautiful light streak in. The closets are all massive and you are welcome to use them. A set of three steps leads up to the walkout patio, a space enclosed with a gate that has access to the rest of the rooftop. The rooftop cannot be accessed by others, so it is very secluded and private. You can get a small a view of the World Trade Center building poking up from behind the Bedford Amory.

The two floors have good sound isolation, and a door can be closed separating the two. Feel free to use the speakers for music or movies. We've never had an issues with noise coming from other apartments, or leaving ours.
