Entire 2nd floor Bushwick apt available March 2-28th, dates negotiable. Two good-sized bedrooms and one smaller room with a twin bed we use as an office/guest bedroom. Very easy access to the city nestled 7 minutes from the J, 9 minutes from the M, and 12 minutes from the L.

We are asking $2500 for the entire period. Sadly we need to move out at the end of the month so we do need to be here the last few days of the month. Oh, and if you’re willing to take care of our very easy very sweet cat, we’re happy to take off 10%

We are currently in talks with the landlord discussing the potential for a lease takeover. The rent will likely be in the ballpark of $3,100/month starting April 1st and would depend on their approval
