I am subletting my entire 1-bedroom apartment while I spend some time in LA. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. It includes a bedroom with a comfortable bed, TV, bathroom with bathtub, washer and dryer, kitchen, and a living room/workspace currently set up as a music home studio.

There are beautiful wooden floors in both the living room and bedroom. Additionally, I have a nice collection of synths and guitars that you are welcome to use during your stay. Internet is included as well.

Since the apartment has a lot of instruments and equipment (home studio), I would love to do a FaceTime call to get to know each other or, if you're traveling from LA, meet in person before finalizing everything.

I’ve lived in this apartment for nine years and have always had great relations with my neighbours. It's a quiet building where everyone values keeping things peaceful and comfortable.

The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. If you'd like, I can arrange for the cleaning lady to come during your stay as well, though that's entirely optional.

The neighborhood is wonderful and centrally located. It's very walkable and well connected to public transport. The apartment is in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, one of Berlin’s most popular and beautiful areas.

The apartment is on the top (4th) floor, so it gets plenty of natural light.
