We have 1 room opening up in this sunny Bed-Stuy apartment and are in search of someone to sign onto the lease for 2025. It’s a really special spot with a truly amazing group of roommates and one small dog.
The apartment is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a spacious kitchen and living area. Each room gets great sunlight and the space feels very light and airy. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building and equipped with central air and heat, a dishwasher and has a washer dyer in unit. It's about a 10 minute walk from the A/C trains and close to lots of great local spots like Peaches, Saraghina, Trad Room, and Chez Oskar.
The management company is usually very responsive answering questions, tending to needed repairs, etc. They primarily communicate via an app, but have an email and phone number if ever there is in an emergency. We've developed a great relationship with them over the past few years. It's a small building with just 4 units.
The 3 roommates are easygoing, warm, and respectful. Roommate 1 works in public health and enjoys reading, Roommate 2 is an extremely active teacher with a small dog (the dog mostly keeps to herself in the room, but will occasionally cuddle on the couch), and Roommate 3 is a young professional who loves making vegan meals and watching Bravo franchises. It's an extremely welcoming, communicative, and tidy group!

I've lived in this apartment for almost 3 years and am moving out at the end of the month. It's bittersweet: I'm ready for a new chapter, but really going to miss this space. I'd love for my room to go to someone as caring and considerate as the current roommates.
Current Tenant
The lease would start on Feb. 1st, 2025 through Jan. 31st, 2026. We would connect you with the management company to complete a standard application process. Once your application has been approved, management would require payment for first month’s rent & security deposit upon signing the lease.
Utilities are not included and usually cost about $100/person each month for Con Ed, National Grid and Verizon WiFi.
